Lisa is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. In the past year, she helped us buy a property and most recently sell a property. We worked with Lisa in early 2024 to sell our home in UA. She was fantastic to work with! Our home went under contract very quickly, sold above list price, and we had multiple offers which she helped us navigate through smoothly. Her communication was excellent, she always got back to us quickly and followed up on any questions we had. We received notifications for all showings and prompt feedback which was great. We were out of town on the closing date and felt very confident that Lisa had things under control. Lisa is wonderful and we would definitely work with her again!

Lisa helped us buy a new home and sell our home. Lisa is very knowledge and responsive. We purchased our house in a hot market and Lisa used her experience to let us know what the likely offers would be for each lists to avoid wasting time places offers on house that would be rejected or having to go higher than we desired. When our mortgage company was unresponsive she recommended two different lenders she had relationships with and the one we went with was very responsive. The home inspector she recommended was so very knowledgeable.

We first met Lisa when we were looking to purchase a home back in 2020. Right from the start she was responsive, knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. She was diligent while we were searching for homes and gave off the feeling that we were never a bother no matter how many homes we toured. All she wanted for us was to make sure we found the right home for our family. Throughout our ~2 yrs at the house Lisa always kept in touch and would answer any questions or give advice to whatever we asked her throughout our time there. Our plans suddenly changed and we reached out to Lisa again to list the same house she helped us purchase just 2 years prior. Lisa was able to get our house on the market within a week and SOLD/CLOSED within a month from when we first asked about listing the house. Her knowledge of the market and our location led to us receiving an offer we were ecstatic about. She later advised us on helping close the next house in an off market transaction. Throughout this process we were always expecting to get a great relator, but we never thought it would turn into such a great friendship. Lisa truly cares about her clients and we were so thankful to have crossed paths with her.

She not only helped me secure a house in this crazy market, but she also became a great friend throughout the process that shows she still cares about how I’m doing even after everything has closed. Lisa Halpert is an exceptional real estate agent. I contacted Lisa about a condominium I needed to sell. Lisa provided me with recent area sale comparables and suggested a listing price to market the condo. I signed an agreement with Lisa to sell the condo and listed it at her suggested listing price. Within the first few hours there were several showings held and multiple offers to purchase the property. She walked me through details of each offer. I chose one, she negotiated a few points of the contract, it was accepted and the sale of the property closed in three weeks. She made the whole process so unstressful.
